Ownersdirect is a good Web site , but there is one problem : it is
very difficult to get a contact from them when we have
some doubts. |

We have used Ownersdirect for a couple of years
and usually receive 40% of our annual bookings from
them. Generally very pleased with the Ownersdirect
website and customer support. Only gripe is that there
is no way to influence your position on the results page
(e.g update availability etc.), so sometimes you can be
stuck on page 4 or 5 for weeks. ( Vacation Rental
