We have used Ownersdirect for a couple of years and usually receive 40% of our annual bookings from them. Generally very pleased with the Ownersdirect website and customer support. Only gripe is that there is no way to influence your position on the results page (e.g update availability etc.), so sometimes you can be stuck on page 4 or 5 for weeks. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of enquiries or bookings from Ownersdirect ever since it was taken over by the Home away group. Would not recommend and will not be renewing my subscription. Through other sites I had 25 weeks bookings last year, but not a single booking in 2 years through owners direct.
